The ask:
In an ever-increasing competitive environment, Microsoft asked us to create a global employee value proposition and evergreen recruitment campaign to attract top talent and retain the best and the brightest in world-class technology.
The solution:
We set out to show that an open-minded, innovative, and inclusive culture is not just a soundbite at Microsoft but can be seen in the actions and ground-breaking innovations of current employees. We just needed to give it voice. We created the “Build On” campaign platform as a new destination for the recruiting team to share the world-changing innovations taking place at Microsoft every single day. A collection of inspiring, personal and authentic stories that deliver on the promise of its culture and values all wrapped in a unique new visual language for the employment brand.
